Not at all! Our Community Taiji Qigong and Taiji Qigong Forms Basics classes are open to all experience levels. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or looking to enhance your routine with grounding, regenerative movement, you are welcome here.

Yes! Our foundational in-person classes (like Community Taiji Qigong) are family-friendly and open to children ages 10 and up. For our Advanced Taiji Qigong & Five Ancestors class, students must be at least 13 years old.
We recommend comfortable, soft, flexible clothing and flat-soled shoes suitable for walking or running. Be sure to bring an empty water bottle!

Yes, we offer Personal Taiji Qigong Training. This is a one-on-one session where you'll get personalized guidance to help you lose weight, build muscle, reduce stress, overcome an injury, or meet other specific fitness and movement goals.

Booking a class is easy through our website! Simply navigate to the "Schedule" or "Book" tab in the main menu. From there, you can view our calendar, select the class and time you'd like to attend, and reserve your spot. If you are a new student, you will be prompted to quickly create an account.
